this sounds so ridiculous that we provide uncomfortable rooms to prepaid customer.,,this exactly I got answer when I share my discomfort during my stay with the gentleman at reception..my room was 305 which does not have exhaust fan in bathroom although there is a empty and open space for fan was lying vacant., all the time bathroom floor was wet because no proper drainage flow of water toward drainage input.basin tap was broken and not working.,insisted to the hotel reception for the same and after that they provide foot mat to solve my bathroom issue.

iIt was blunder of mistake to book hotel,there was no name no board on the building ,like they are trying to hide the hotel buisness in hdfc bank building . Room was messy with hairs lying all around on bedsheet at quilt aswell . when asked to change the quilt it was not changed. All night it was like you are sleeping in a stadium with all noise and chaos all night. For family or business stay i highly recommend you should not stay.

it's very bad experience with this hotel,nothing is good in this hotel like wall,bed,room cleaning,water pipe broken,AC&TV is not working properly, and also this hotel is not available on Google map and hotel bord is not available so I got lots of difficulty to find this hotel it's a black mark on OYO hotels. I just suggested to everyone please don't select this hotel.

few points keep in mind before go to this hotel.1. ceiling fan not working.2. will ask you for the extra money because they don't accept paid bookings.3. you can watch TV even after spending.4. lots of bad smells in the rooms.

ASKING MORE MONEY FOR STAY. THEY SAID WE'VE TIE UP AND WE DIDN'T GET MUCH AMOUNT ...IF YOU DON'T PAY THEN CANCEL YOUR STAY ...WORST ROOMS WORST CLEANING EVERYTHING IS PATHETIC ..DO NOT CHCEK IN THIS HOTEL...

i have been in Delhi with my dad for some work . Very good clean hotel at prime location Newly opened. Beat hotel in the area for that price. Highly recommended to all.

Average experience.. . Rooms were very nice but, exhaust was not working. Manager doesn't looks like a Supportive person, but staff was very supportive.

they denied for ac as well as breakfast, while both were in inclusions, hoteliers said that they did not received the money for both inclusions.
