It was furnished flat. No one at the reception. Guard let me in and asked for Rs 1000 as security amount. Then he gave me a key of a studio flat where their is only a Sofa cum bed with length of 5 feet which was too small for me. Then I came back to guard and asked for a room with full size bed, initially he refused that all room has same size bed, when I insisted he gave me another flat key which has one kind bed and one sofa cum bed. I slept in same room but their was no one serve if I would have needed anything .

i had booked classic room with break fast for two pax but break not served by hoteliar . given deluxe room . charged 500 extra for extra person it's larged amount . total cheating done hoteliar

Worst, took 1thousand security deposit, tv was not working, flush not working, somebody knocks gate again n again, worst experience so far, no curtain at the window, broken locks.
