Hotel O Vardhan Executive

the hotel looks okay, it's in the interior parts so locating it in the first go might be an issue, did not have any complaint with the hotel. but 3 stars because I inquired of laundry services at check in as I had a meeting the other day, the lady at reception assured it being done by tomorrow, so i left for work leaving pair of clothes with them, next day while I was preparing to go out for a meeting, it turns out they never sent my clothes to laundry and they were still lying at reception dirty, wasting my trip to pune.

I check in late night..but booking charges are more there than my booking..as I book only for 500 rs..but when i am going to there for check in they told me their charges are 1200 per night..I call the help number ..they said the pay difference amount i paid the 700 rupees..they told me will refund the surplus amount ..on showing the payment receipt of hotel..I request you to call the hotel Manager before booking ..as their servicing is good and well..location view is also good.location is better to live

maine jab hotel ki booking ki uske baad jab check in ke liye hotel pohocha to hotel manager ne mujhe extra charges pahale paid karne ko bola aur 500 rupes extra paise liya tha booking amount alag aur hotel pohocha tab ki amount alag this is wrong very very bad

It was very good experience. The amenities of this Hotel is nice. Location is great!you can see a very good city view.
