Decent infra. I arrived at 10 pm and they offered me a 'basement' room which i was still okay woth. Upon asking if the phone networks work properly the guy at the front desk said no. Asked to confirm if the wifi works properly as while booking it clearly said 'Free Wifi'. He said no with a straight face. When I reitirated that at the time of the booking it clearly said internet facility available he blatantly said we cant help it the routers busted. Had to book anothet accomodation at 10.45 at night.

Food unavailable. Even coffee could not be arranged. Reception full of random men chatting with each other. Empty reception in the evening. Water shortage while bathing. Seeing the unprofessional management we shifted to a different hotel at evening itself.
