The property is good but the staff was horrible, all they cared about was money. They did not care about "service". They should be called "give me money" apartment rather than service apartments. We were driving for 27 hours straight (1600 kms) we wanted to check-in early (on the booking day) because we were really exhausted and drained ...they said we had to pay for the day before the booking day to check-in early, even thought our check-in time was in the time range if the same day. We had to choose between being in the car for a fee more hours or give in to the extortion of more money. They left us no choice so we paid them the money they wanted. Their Manager "Abubakar Siddiqui" - was absolutely insensitive and unprofessional, the conversation with him before the stay itself was in such poor taste. I had such a terrible experience, i will NEVER stay there again. NEVER.
