The hotel front got broken (probably by BMC due to encroachment on the road) - I got a room on first floor and the dangerous, welded stair is from outside (women, children, older people can no way climb those stairs). Rainy days, so water comes to room from all sides. Hotel stinks. Goibibo advertised page says complimentary airport pick/ drop but after wasting my lots of time they agreed to pick but when I reached Mumbai at 0030 hrs, no body there, phones switched off. Not recommended at all to anyone. How Goibibo allow these places in their site without inspection.

brilliant experience. staff of the hotel is very co-operative, especially Mr. Munna. if you call at reception, Mr. Munna will receive it and he is solve any of your problem in seconds. I came from Punjab for business purpose and stayed in this hotel. in the starting I thought that the hotel is not upto that grade. but when I saw their treatment, it was much better than a 4-5 star hotel staff. they make you feel at home. I recommend people to stay here even with their families...

This hotel does not even exist. It is con job. Please avoid. The guy did not pick up phone calls when called for directions. When I went to the place, the place is under construction. And the "management" had the audacity to take me to another hotel (which belonged to them apparently). The other place they took me to is a dump - crawling with cockroaches and bugs of all kinds. This hotel should be de-listed.

Hotel Om Residency is really not a hotel as you can see in the pics. It look like a guest house. Pictures shown in the hotel home page is fake. Hotel is awarded by 3 star i don't know who **** given 3 star to this guest house. totally wastage of money. U will surprise after see this hotel.

worst ever experience. nothing was good. no room service. dirty room and broken things. I didn't stay there at night and booked another hotel to sleep. I want my amount to be refunded.
