We had mediocre expeience with the resort. Will only recommend if this is the only one available in your budget. Cons: 1. Cleanliness is a major issue both in bedrooms and washrooms. 2. Furnitures like sofa is stained and torn. 3. Washroom door doesn't lock properly. 4. Exhaust fan didn't work. This shouldn't be a problem but as there was no other opem windows in the whole room (only one glass window), it became a big issue. 5. Food options are costly, even for Havelock standards. 6. Lots ad lots of mosquitoes (understandable because of the location, but still to be noted) 7. Tv doesn't work. I know it's a remote island area and I shouldn't have expectations and all, but you shouldn't advertise it either. Pros: 1. Good and courteous staff who managed to or atleast tried to solve the problems we had. 2. Shifted us to another room because of exhaust issue. 3. Replaced our buckets. 4. provided Goodknights for mosquitoes. 5. Was asked to put a cover or atleast a towel on the sofa which was stained and torn, and they helped with that. 6. Connectivity is good. 1 km far from the main market area. 7. Beach is just opposite, you can go there anytime without restrictions as such. 8. Smooth dealing with rented cars etc. Zero issues. 9. Complementary pick up from jetty. In conclusion, if you are on budget and can manage the mosquitoes and occasional cleanliness issue then go for it. It's on a good location and the staffs are helpful.

this property is not good live at all for a single night. damaged building and improper drainage systems in toilets. The manager is irresponsible and doesn't know anything about hospitality. no accessories in the bathroom are not even hand wash and no water availability in bedroom. maintenance is not there . horrible hotel and terrific services. only their pizza was good.

This resort is awesome! located at Beach 4, this resort is right near the good stuff. Boke rental is just outside the resort, and the market is a 4 min drive. Radhanagar and Kalapatthar beach are both accessible from this resort. Really cool vibe, the light setting is awesome! The rooms are really big and well maintained. Plus, the resort on it's own was very clean.

Average property, drinking water quality average, Security wise nothing Three frog observed in my room from the wall .. actually in each room one wall is made by empty glass bottle and there is gap between such bottles So frog came from there Before our check in one snake 🐍 observed in afternoon from near by room So think according before booking this property

Loved this place! The location is perfect for those seeking to move around and explore restaurants. The beach is barely 100mts and is filled with doggos. Binu, Kaushik and other staff members were very kind, welcoming and helpful, with dive suggestions, travel recommendations and general help around the accommodation. Looking forward to coming back soon!

it is very nice hotel/resort with new theme.hotel worker and owner is very nice person. it is situated at very nice place view is very nice. restaurant is also very good with delicious food. all person who are working there are with very nice behaviour and always ready to help you..... it is my recommendation that at havelock it is very good resort...

It was good experience staying at this hotel, calm enviournment and restaurants for food available nearby The reception guy named commando was really helpful and always came forward to help whenever required ,his professionalism and way of handling things is really good Thank you outback for amazing stay

out back is an average hotel only.not value for money.Room,bed,bedsheets were neat and clean.Bathroom was not clean.Closet had stains and I think it is not washed properly.they need to renovate the bathroom fittings first and then charge us with this rent.Not satisfied.Wifi is not available in rooms.

my stay was really good. there is a care taker boy name is commando. very polite and helpful nature. he is every time ready to help you . property is very near to beach and outside restaurants area. room is clean n good. overall my experience about this property is very good.

Room is good but toilet smells bad .TV was not working. Surrounding is not that much feel good. Nice restaurant but little costly. very friendly manager and staff. I think we've to get better hotel for the price paid. Good for family. very friendly staff.

Overall a great experience, at this range. The staff was cordial and well spoken. The complimentary breakfast has quality & tasty. The in-house kitchen by the name "Salt Water Cafe" is a must try. The start-up has a good start, way to go. All the best.

Pros: Nice place. 1min walk to Govind Nagar Beach. Farm house pizza 🍕 is a must try! Rooms are clean. Breakfast options like poha,upma or idli should be available, which was NA. Hospitable staff.
