Bad location.. Room are just ok dont book. Lift never works.. Amenities are none.. And more of all it is located near a dumping area that smells like hell. Phoneix mall is just big name they are using but it makes no sense the mall is on highway and it is located inside street.... If u waana stay at this hotel u need to eat out right outside in front of hotel.. Some shops are there... But food ain't good... My god tv is hilarious 😂 😂 😂 no channel subscribered especially English movies or audio channel aint worth it...

Worst experience ever. Worst hotel ever. The reception was full of mosquitoes because just beside the entrance there was a lot of garbage. The receptionist was rude. He said he wont let us check in . He thought he can charge us some extra money since I did full payment when i booked the hotel. Please be aware of the receptionist. The hotel seems so dirty not only from outside but the inside too. This place dont even deserve to be called a hotel

No proper hygiene. Army of bugs crawling in my bed (hindi known as khatmal) now the time is 3 am.how one can take rest. Worst than a country or village side hotel. ola doesn't recognise this hotel.very difficult to book ola from airport to reach this hotel. owner and goibo should take it seriously. we have not come to this hotel to catch any disease because of bugs.

Experience was ok; however due to COVID we could not get same experience as could have got in earlier times. Kitchen is closed and cannot comment on food; however water should be sealed bottles however seemed was served open bottles as if filled from tap and served. Location is good and easily accessible to malls and to move easily from one place to another.

My experience was very bad. Hotel owners and employees behave rudely. we had confirmed booking but owner declined the checkin the room and said that we can't provide the room to you after 3 hours goibibo called me that we have resolved your problem please don't go in this hotel if you want to relex then go for other hotel.

Behavior of the hotel manager was very rude. He doesnt have courtesy how to talk with people. And before chek in he asked for extra charge. He wasted my 2 hours until he talked with customer care. Room was also not good. Intercom was not there. Bath room was not clean.

I would have liked it for ....(non AC). .... is too much for a such a below standard place. Dirt,hair,water leakage,small room,non functional lift. The only plus is location near pheonix mall.Stay only if u have no option left or if u get this below ..... .

Good hotel at a great location, walkable distance from Phoenix market city, room was very clean and hot water anytime. Tv had national channels, overall stay was satisfactory and the staffs were very kind and helpful.

Worst hotel I have ever seen, it was stinking, dirty, shady location, damp Lenin, no lift, conjested rooms, not maintained properly, not fit to stay even for 10 mins
