The Owner of this hotel is a complete and straight up moron, with no co-operative or marketing skills. He has no concern for the guests in his hotel and additionally he doesn't care about the fact that it's due to app's like GoIbibo and ****, this moron is receiving guests like us in his hotel, he completely denied my check-in telling me the price which I "already" paid through the GoIbibo/**** app is not acceptable to them, it's low, I had to personally wait for more than an hour accompanied by another guest who had the same issue of check in denial due to low tariffs which are already set on the App, I had to personally speak to **** customer care and sort this issue out, in the end they had to pay the hotel an addition in-house amount of 400 bucks to settle the check in issue. This kind of idiocy and behavior with customers is unacceptable and deplorable and I hope no one ever faces such hardships, SHAME ON THE OWNER OF EON STUDIO APARTMENTS, MAY HE GET A CHUNK OF BRAIN THIS CHRISTMAS!

Location was good. But while checking in we had to pay 200rs extra. But the room was not worth the money. AC was not working. Bathroom was clogged and dirty. Room was damp. We were not able to open the window because it was so dirty and pegion's dirt was there. We had to ask for towels and hangers also which was the basic amenity. That also we had to ask twice and they gave it to us after 30 min. Food we couldn't order as the pantry was closed due to the leave of respective person. No lift service provided. The room didn't have a mirror also. Very very disappointed.

it is apartment convert to hotel. as other **** hotel in pune. this is average hotel as compared to charges. i don't know why nut many **** hotel are below standard in pune. rooms & toilet/bathroom are big, clean, ok type. WiFi network is good but no internet during my visit. service is pathetic no restaurant. breakfast is ok.

Rooms are good. Unluckly there was no water in the morning, due to machines problem, and I couldn't go to work at right time. I had planned to stay for 5days, but due to the said condition, I changed the hotel for remaining 4days.

The stay was awesome ... surrounding was also good because of the cooperative staffs . Nice room with all amenities in working condition. Clean and hygiene bathrooms over all good experience safe for unmarried couples .
