First of all the Hotel goes by the name of Hotel Areeba. I reached the hotel at 01 AM. they outrightly denied me check-in when i reached there and asked me for extra money. the Manager said that due to system error the money that u paid is very less than what they charge. i waited for half an hour but since i had a female accompanying me. i paid the extra amount and got the room.after i got the room the room was smelly and the mattress was also very bad with springs coming out of it. when i asked the manager to change the room he asked me N no of questions and then only he changed the room. When i ask him to provide me with the receipt of the extra amount that i have paid to him he denied that too. then again I had to force him to give me that only then he gave me receipt.all this has happened to me between 01 AM and 03 AM when i was with a female.. i can't even fathom what they will do to those PPL who come there solo.the property is not recommended at all.the staff behaviorcharged me extrarooms are dingy
