location of the hotel is too bad to access cabs or any transports... It is located in a market n the complex wherein it is situated in-between narrow streets, is a wholesale retail shop.. so crowd nearby the hotel. after 9 am ola n uber drivers deny to go in the streets.. no lift there. no mirror in the room.. however staffs are good.. pros is only one staff's behaviours. cons are unlimited, location is too bad, no space to run or move cars, wholesale n trading market, no lift, ordered food are delivered too late.

First of all let me tell you the location of this hotel is very worst bcz there is no restaurant around this hotel, you have to go Firayalal Chowk which is 1 km apart. Second thing is their service, when i entered into the room, the bedsheet was very dirty a lot of hairs were there then i called to their staaf to change my bedsheet but he told me that laundry is not available right now so i will change later. For emergency purpose you can book this hotel otherwise don't book.

Maybe it's the worst hotel I have ever visited. Even though the reviews were nice. No temperature checking during check-in, No sanitization, even the rooms were not properly cleaned, dirty bedsheets, washroom wasn't cleaned and water couldn't pass well from the washroom floor. It jammed there. And the hotel authority knew about it all but they still asked us to rate them 5 star.

Property is Good with few Negativities like no Mirror in the Room, no Slippers, Body wash & Hair wash with Moisturizer shouldn't be in liquid form. Front Office Staff was Very Cooperative and Helpful, well Spoken, Smooth & Timely Room Service, Quality Breakfast.

very friendly staff and the hospitality was also good. perfect for couples. automatica hot water, lights, bed, pillows, bathroom everything was clean. no disturbances and the rooms were also very comfortable.

Mirror required in room.....Room service is very slow.....Need to arrange all items for lunch or dinner..all items not available as per ur requirement... but they will charge u like a 3 star hotel....

Hotel is ok. Room is clean but it is far away from Ranchi railway station & main bus stand. this hotel is located in a whole sale market. Good. it's ok a for solo Traveller cheap & best.

needs improvement... only free channels were available asked for hot water which came after half an hour reason was they forgot room number no hot water in bathroom room was smelling

The staffs at the reception seems to be quite inexperienced. moreover rooms were fine but the size of the washroom was way to small. overall it was average experience.

It was a decent stay, clean washroom and room, check-in was smooth. No parking space, absolutely no for a four wheeler as the lane is very congested. easy check-in.

It's a new hotel so there is no short of enthusiasm in the service. Food was tasty. Peaceful stay though located in the middle of a wholesale market.
