room was absolutely clean and exactly the same as was shown in pictures. the size of room is way bigger than normal hotels. the owner and staff were very kind and helpful. I was 100% satisfied with what I got there at such a low price. I would highly recommend people to try this hotel and get very good value for money and enjoy excellent services.

Rooms are spacious enough that you feel like staying in a living room.cleanliness is up to the mark , bedsheets and rajai were also clean to use. Only thing which I found missing is towel, napkins and washroom mug as there was no hand flush attached.

it's good property but only drawback is, 7 km far from main city, hawa Mahal distance around 10km some more drawback it's in recidencial area, no market no shops/restaurants available
