my room was not serviced even after informing the room. the receptionist was stubborn and memory loss during my 5 days stay the gentleman has forgot my 5 request of Water / Tea / laundry for wash and Service my room. after reminding him after 1 hour or 2 hour then only he had sent a person to close my request. the room bathroom hygiene and cleaning is pathetic. even the linen of the bed also. the hotel location is very good which I like the most, and the room is good and specious but the overall service is a verbad experience, maybe because of the service or there is no training or supervision of the quality from the hotel management. I need to think about visiting again at the Hotel Host Inn ( pallette River)

The hotel is quite old and in desperate need of proper renovation. All the furniture, linen, and towels are outdated and don’t look appealing. The room I stayed in had an air conditioning issue—it wasn’t working properly, and the lighting was too dim, making the room feel uncomfortable. However, I must say the service provided by the hotel staff was amazing—definitely 5/5 stars for their hospitality! Overall, everything else was just okay, but the staff really stood out in making the stay bearable
