I stayed here in this hotel for one night and here is my experience - 1. Rooms are not good at all. No closets (wardrobe) were there in the room. 2. Dampness (seelan) was there in walls of the hotel rooms. 3. Poor cleanliness. No toiletries have been provided. No towel has been provided. 4. Most of the mentioned amenities like toiletries, closets, towels etc are not provided by the hotel during stay. Overall: Not at all recommended to anyone to stay in this hotel. Complete wastage of money.

The Mattress and pillows in our room are pathetic and faced difficulties in sleeping and got neck and shoulder pain. Day to day room service is needed. During our stay for 3 days, there is no such attempt. Water is pouring out of inside AC unit when we started it. Since temperature is low, we had survived without AC. Overall there is room for improvement in all aspects. Staff is friendly and responsible. Hope hotel management take above remarks positively and initiate corrective steps.

My first visit to Mathura & Vrindavan. Hotel located near by to the junction which goes to Vrindavan and near by to Janmabhoomi Temple. Coming to hotel, it's best budget friendly hotel and best part was hotel Manager Mr.Deepak. He is fantastic person and guided throughly where to go and arranged affordable transportation by him. Very thankful to Mr.Deepak and hotel team. Again I will visit Mathura and will go with Same hotel.

hotel location is good only and we talk about other things The rooms are pathetic with no wardrobe, no colouring on walls, they don't have clean cutlery, Tea is served in Franklin cups, The staff is not interested in improving their services. i have paid the money in advance so I couldn't do anything with my booking. I do not want to recommend it to anyone. .

Location- near to both Srikrishna janmasthan and railway station and beside the main road.. Hence convenient to get e-rickshaw or auto easily. Cleanliness- excellent Staff behavior- very cooperative Overall nice hotel at reasonable budget. I would definitely recommend people to opt this hotel.

It was completely like an illusion as the picture shown is completely different from reality. Mattress was horrible and even the linens used are like 20 year old. Air conditioning can't be controlled by remote. Washroom taps leakage and dirty. WC seat cover broken. Overall it's not worth

Best budget friendly hotel in centre of the Mathura. Hotel is very decent and staff was very good specially Mr.Deepak who assisted me for arranging transportation in affordable price and taken care of my entire stay. I will visit Mathura again for sure and my stay would be same hotel.
