My experience was very bad.I did online booking and they have given room of broken ceilings,broken plasters,washroom was also bad and i asked the staff to change the room they talked rudely and said that it can't be changed because all the rooms are full infact max rooms were empty.Room stay was very unpleasant.

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.The hotel is finely situated in the middle of the city near by Railway station.. thanks

Staff is good cooperative. They charged for parking. Room no 103 was not good, bed was not comfortable. There was an odour in the room because of dampness in the ceiling. Bedsheet was very old.

Clean room with cooperative staff. TV and warm water was available. Blankets were clean and very tidy. Very cooperative staff. No issues with ID or anything. Did not ask or judge.
