OK, Let me give some real scenario there. First of all this is NOT a hotel. It's just a 3BHK apartment in which you are given one of the room. In the name of service there are 2 or 3 house-maid who will take care of anything you need. Although stay was without any Issues, It was not like a decent hotel. Hence 3 stars. If you are looking for the nice, affordable room and nothing more, then go for it. but if you are looking for a 3 star hotel like service; Then I would recommend something else.

First of all it's not hotel, it's an appointment. And more importantly address shared while booking incorrect. There is no hotel exist with name parkinn hospitality in the shared address. It was very big struggle for in early morning, nobody knows Kannada not even English, and they don't know how tell the correct address atleast they were hasitating to share address am getting doubt that is hotel registered properly. Literally speaking nothing is there,just room with no lock.

The worst experience ever had in my life. Seeing photo, I thought it would be a lexury hotel but when I visit the place really surprised as it is 3BHK apartment and not hotel. You wont get any privacy and you will not get any food/hotel nearby. There is one northy style food court which is very expensive and the quality of the food is very poor. Morning breakfast was very horrible, it was aloo paratha with curd I never had my life before. Not worth for the money.

Not worth the amount they are charging. It is just an apartment with separate rooms. The AC was not running, you have to remove the geaser plug to plug in AC. Only one light working and hence low light. They do not clean the rooms daily, only when you ask them. Also there were no soaps or hand wash or toothpaste, gave me after I asked. The first night I found my bed and pillow were wet. Also pillow covers and bedsheets were not neatly washed.

park inn hospitality is located in prestige shantiniketan apartment..biggest drawback is, it is completely cut off from the city...to go to the main gate, u have to travel arnd 1.5kms also..since it is a service apartment one has to share the flat with other people..there is simply no privacy..breakfast is not that good..overall experience was quite pathetic...

Accommodation was really worst, thy are not providing AC rooms. But money thy are collecting for AC Accommodation, if we shout at them then thy are providing AC room without keys. If you want to go out u have to go without locking it. Worst room service and worst food.

My stay was quite good. Room was comfortable and hospitality was decent. They offered complementary breakfast too. Hotel was proper maintained. As such no issues. Recommended to all.
