This is a nice place to stay, with a great location connected to a flyover, which means no traffic hassles. The manager is friendly and helpful. There's also ample parking space for cars. However, one area for improvement is that they don't have a proper food menu with pricing, which can be confusing when ordering lunch or dinner. They arrange food from nearby restaurants, so it would be helpful if they could clarify their menu and pricing options.

Hotel is located well within the city and easy transit Tirumala. Good hotel which is maintained neat & clean. They provide towels, dental kit, drinking water bottle etc., Rooms are same as like they shown in the app photos. Bathroom door need some repairing work. I did not used any housekeeping or room service. Comfortable stay with 24 hours hot water, lift available for use which is helpful for elders. Overall a nice stay.

I stayed at this property, with family for one night. After Covid19 pandemic, many properties couldn't maintain it's legacy. But this is the best place.Rooms are spacious and clean with good housekeeping,and staff at the Frontdesk are cooperative. Good place to stay with family & friends.

excellent rooms with spacious bathroom and excellent hyegine maintainence..staff is awesome with spontaneous response. would highly recommend to stay with family..keep it up guys.. provided rooms adjacent to each other so that it will be comfortable as a whole..

This hotel is very good to stay. No problem faced with staff they are very courteous. Only problem is there is no RO drinking water provided in each floor. One has to go to ground floor for drinking water. Otherwise absolely fine to stay 2 or 3 days.

worst hotel ever....I suffered a lot....no backup generator, no wifi, dirty floors, and no proper maintenance by staff. pls don't book this hotel !!!
