I had opted for super deluxe facility-no. 208, and everything same as described, which is very rare indeed! Supplied linen, attached bathroom/balcony and overall the room were clean. In house restaurant was great and supplied tasty and hygienic food. Most of the staffs were well behaved and soft spoken, which made my paid early check in smooth. Property is actually located at walking distance from sea beach and Amarabati Ropeway Park. Regarding complementary supplies, they should supply two pair of slippers while they hand over a room for two. Overall, it's a great stay and I have genuinely loved it. Spacious corridor for kids, elevator for aged person and well behaved staffs make this property suitable for family.

Tho Hotel is Very Clean . The Lobby is So clean as well as the rooms. The Rooms are Cosy . The Bathrooms are super cool and u get toiletries as well as dental kit. There is a kettle and cups as well as tea kit ... There is a mini refrigerator which u can use to store ur drinks or water . The best thing is that its location. its only 6 mins walk from The Digha Railway station and 4 mins walk to the beach. So u don't have to use other transports to visit the beach or the station. Volvo and other Buses Stop right in front of the hotel itself. Note : Sea View is not available from the Hotel The Staffs are very polite. we were served welcome Drinks as we arrived.

one of the best Hotel in Digha. All sections are very well covered. Comfortable ,neat and clean room. I have stayed multiple times and everytime I felt happy and satisfied. only this time there was concern regarding window curtain as it is not dark in day time, which restrictict and disturb the sleep if anyone wants to sleep in day time.previously it was darker.best, tasty and delicious food at genuine price range. very well behaved and helpful staff. highly recommend for every family.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. Their hospitality and warm smiles really stood out. Room service was quick and efficient, which was such a plus. The room itself was decent, nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, the great service and friendly vibe made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you're heading to New Digha!

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel.on time services .. welcome drink ,tasty food and tea & coffee were good too. Neat & clean rooms & bathrooms . rooms were spacious (approx 12*14 rooms ) with proper daylight coming inside rooms greaser & AC was working fine . we've got on request Hair dryer as well all in one great stay . will book next time as well quiet rooms , comfortable bed, zero disturbance hassle-free check in & out

One of the best Hotel in Digha, specially for Family. Very well behaved and helpful staff. Delicious and enough quantity of food at genuine price. location is nearest from railway station and the beach. only one concern which I felt this time was the window curtains as it was not the dark at day time. one can not sleep in the day time if want to or needed. although I had stayed multiple times at this property previously.

Hotel Park Point is perhaps the best premium affordable hotel in New Digha. Located just 5 min walking distance from the beach, everything about this hotel is top notch . We booked a super deluxe room and found out it was spacious and had all the premium amenities. The food was super tasty and was one of the highlights. Their service is amazing too. A must stay if you are staying in New Digha

hotel is very clean. staff's are very helpful and friendly from reception desk to service staff. they clean the room every day and bed sheets are clean. best hotel for family stay. also they customize food for you. in all a very good place to stay. i will recommend it to everybody

all services in the hotel are excellent. the only issue is the room temperature. ac is not working properly, and the room was not cooling.
