Hotel Parul

As as last minute decision to stay at Khajjiar this was one of the property available and we were not expecting much. Hotel Parul is located right in Khajjiar grounds. We stayed in room no. 104 and 105 and both had excellent view of the Khajjiar meadows, just pull out the curtains of your room and you could feel you are in midst of the meadows. Perhaps it has one of the best views of khajjiar meadows if you are staying in better located room(103, 104, 105) It has a running restaurant which is mostly used by day time visitors to Khajjiar. Food is good. I feel that property can do with lot of attention to cleanliness. The rooms need to be more clean and the linen could be of better quality and more clean. The towels could be of better quality rather than giving torn towels to guest. The staff did not give us any reason to complaint. Corner rooms have a small balcony and middle room don't have, still the view is great. You can have food in the in house restaurant or lot of options nearby.

The hotel is located at the prime spot. We were provided a Lake facing room from where the complete view of Khajjiar Lake is visible. The Khajjinag Temple is just beside the hotel and the Jagadamba Temple is only about 1 Km away. The Manager Mr Sharma is a very co-operative person and helped in every aspects relating to travel, arrangement of cabs etc. The only thing is that all the rooms do not have Lake view and the rooms are not very much spacious and are not sufficiently furnished for which one star could have been deducted but we ignored that considering its location, service and the amount paid for the room. The hotel have a restaurant. Foods served were nice and delicious.

this hotel is located in khajjiar plains. there r three rooms above the restaurant from where you can enjoy the scenic view of green plain. rest of 12 rooms r located behind the restaurant( no view no bolcony). room was big enough having old furniture with a old BPL TV. Room was tidy n smelly. blanket was old. Bathroom was big enough. Gyser was working. Food is recommended specially butter chicken(full chicken in 400rs) if your budget is low then its ok you can go for it. otherwise there are so many others options.

suberb location ... you can have a view of khajjiar ground from the room window.. value for money ... clean bathroom ... average room ... recommended for a boys outing ... not a classy room .. rooms are just 2 star... only good thing was location ... n room was almost free...
