Patwa Haweli | Rooms in a Villa

From outside and entry area (as shown in the photo of small gully), it doesn't look like a hotel (yes, it's the entry), but from inside they have quite good interior. Room size was very small (almost 10'x7'), but looks decent in terms of cleanliness. The location is such interior that cabs do not reach to the area from 7 am to 10 pm. You need to reach there by local auto rikshaw only. Google location of the hotel also is not exact, almost 100m away from whatever on map. Their check in-check out timings are 12 pm and 10/11 am respectively, but they were cooperative in change of these timings. If you are looking for a modern hotel kind of stay with various facilities, you can thing of other options; if looking for a decent economical stay then Patwa Haveli can be a good choice.

It was a horrible experience. First of all, it is not a hotel, it is a home-stay. The Haveli is a very old and small building in the old city. It is right in the middle of Sarafa Bazaar, and is very difficult to reach as the road is hardly 5 get wide. No can would entry this place. I checked out of this place in 3 hours as the rooms are hardly 8x9 on size and give a scary feeling. The only good thing about the place was the care taker who is very polite and helpful

This is a small traditional house they made into a hotel. They have very nice decorations and kept antiques which gives a perfect rajasthani touch to it. You love it if you want to feel culture around you and you will hate it if you are fond of good service it a big Zero for service. Rooms are small and not comfortable. View of Fort from terrace is awesome. In proximity with Fort. Final comment go for it if you are solo traveller, avoid if with partner or family.

the home stay is inside small streets so will be very difficult for ppl in 4 wheelers to reach. in such case either u have to walk 1-2kms from Ghanta ghar(clock tower junction) or hire an auto everytime u wanna go out and come back to reach the parking. best suits for young ppl who love to walk and the place of choice if u r on a motorbike trip.
