Rooms - 5/5View from rooms - 0/5Cleanliness - 5/5Service - 3/5Food Taste - 2/5Location - 1.5km away from Mall roadfeedback - They're charging 12% GST on inhouse kitchen orders that is totally acceptable.But if you're trying to pay the bill of kitchen The owner is asking for extra 12% upi charge.Why the hell we need to pay the Upi charge.Upi is accepted all over India without a single percent charge.Better ask this thing in advance to the owner.I also need to add we were 8 individuals and we asked for big Glasses or mugs but they didn't provided us any Glasses or mugs.I asked for a bottle of water at 1am. The Owner said The kitchen is closed no water available.

we Booked an executive room with hill view but got really bad room. there's barely a hill view, Don't believe their images it's taken from different angles. it was not clean at all we even found a hair in couple of our breakfast dishes. the staff rings the bell then starts opening the door continuously no patience at all. because we didn't stay at the hotel much the stay was just fine but oh god it was dirtly. coffee spilled over walls, fungus in the bathroom tiles and there was a bad smell whenever we came from outside, which. describes the dirtyness.

it was overall a nice and pleasant stay we have booked executive room with no view room, the room was spacious and clean provided with dental kit kettle and tea. there were room service for the food, the food menu has wide variety of cuisine from chinese to north indian to snacks and other beverages. one things they should improve is the overnight emergency help service along with itercom connected to the main reception the property is decent and at the hilly top off side to the mall road

1. Room was nice however basic amenities were not provided like hair oil, toothpaste and comb. 2.TV was not working instead being informed 2 times. 3. Bath Towels were not replaced as we have to use same wet towel during next 2 days of stay. 4. Room Cleaning services was not done in next 2 days of stay. 5. Washroom flush was not properly working and same was informed to concerned room service person.

the hotel name was not mentioned as perfectstayz vally vista; it's only vally vista. so, google is showing the other hotel. tourists can't find out the exact location. we found out only when we reached the other one, which is quite far. the room is not so good for the price and location. i would not prefer visiting twice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Valley Vista in Mussoorie! The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom had a refreshing scent. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience!

It was a good hotel with a great location, right above mall road and on the road to landour. The staff was very helpful and receptive to all requests. We couldn't get a room with a view, which was the only downside to the whole thing.

the property and location is anyway excellent. it was a little bit far from the mall road but yes manageable, landour was 2km from thus location. amazing stay and staff was nice.

Hotel was very good, but a little expensive. Should be booked 2 weeks prior. Also valley view room would be better, as no view is there in normal rooms.
