This place denied checking in fr us at first. Also said that they have no tie-up with goibibo and said they have no mail regarding the booking with them.Also the service is utter bad, we were denied extra beds at first even though I had already done payments , much before arrival for all the guests. For such rates they don't even provide an iron box in the room. They are least interested in responding to customer queries and problems. Please dont get fooled by the infrastructure of the hotel. It's the worst hotel in matters of service and customer relations. Rooms are fine, thts the only positive.

Actually we booked for 4 adults and 1 cgild for suite room. But they gave us 1 small room which can accomodate only 2 adults and 1 child. When asked about it they gave us two extra beds and asked us to adjust. I am not sure whether this is the suite room I would like to give zero star
