We want full refund as the caretakers are using the rooms here,cooking food for them here,there is no privacy. The experience here is very pathetic.Even after repeated requests they are not ready to leave the room. Kindly take necesaary action asap as i have exetended my stay here with my family for two more days There are some caretakers who are coming and cooking their food here and staying here all the time and using our washroom and everything. Even after repeated warnings and request they are not at all listening.

everything is ok except stairs, which is very painful for every person specially older and kids. 76 no.s of stairs we stepped to reach our rooms. to uplift luggage, it was very very problematic for us to reach our rooms. no facility of lifts are there. their behaviors are very good and they are also cooperative but due to stairs our whole journey experience made very bad . they have shown only rooms photo, I recommend the hotel to please share your STAIRS PHOTO AND STAIR DETAILS in advertisement

They came and resolved the issue.I have extended the room booking for two more days. The staff is really nice.There was a miscommunication.Now things are sorted. Thanks for the support.
