I booked the hotel i reached in even at 6.14 pm approx made entry in register got room then after some time manager came and said I cannot give room as u have booked in so less rate they behavior was rude AS MAIN THING THIS IS HOTEL OF ONE LAWYER THAT WHY STAFF DOES NOT HAVE WAY TO TALK AS OWNER WAY OF TALKING IS VERY GENTLE then solution came out told me plz pay 1000 rs extra and take gst invoice with stamp which I paid through my card and rest will do the needful as they told me but manager denied to give bill to me till date not received as I also have to pay rs 615 rs for food which I also not paid because of two reason first one was not giving bill secondly I was paying through card there machine was not charged and morning manager behaved very badly so I never recommend this hotel to anyone in allahabad because of misbehavoiur of staff

Hotel Platinum Inn mein hamara stay bahut comfortable raha. Rooms cozy aur comfortable the, jahan humein ghar jaisa feel aaya. Sabse bada attraction tha unka khana, jo na sirf bahut tasty tha balki badiya presentation ke saath serve kiya gaya tha. Staff bhi bahut friendly aur service bhi bahut acchi thi. hotel was average....no maintenance according to price room was very small but location is good they give us used product like shampoo and all the thing and It was not even removed or changed from the hotel room. staff of the hotel told me to use that product which is used and left over.

Room was well cleaned and well arranged, but washroom was untidy and the western seat comode was untidy and very dirty, air - conditioning was good, tea kettle was there nd tv was good. Over all had comfortable stay except unhygienic washroom.

This hotel is a sham...they are charging heavy amount because of Kumbh and the facilities and services are pathetic. Whole hotel premises is stinking and unhygienic. Eveny rats are scrolling in the rooms at Night.

Hotel is situated extremely crouded area where advocates park their vehicles. Nobody can reach with vehicle. Rooms are tiny. Shortage of staff due to small hotel. Tea is very costly looking to tarrif of rooms
