I am utterly appalled and disgusted by the atrocious customer service I received. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that basic courtesy was completely absent from the staff's repertoire. Their behavior was not only rude but downright mean, leaving me feeling completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Every interaction felt like a battle. Questions were met with sighs and eye-rolls, requests were dismissed with a curt "no," and any attempt to voice a concern was met with blatant hostility. It was as if I was an unwelcome intrusion rather than a paying customer. The staff displayed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and even basic human decency. Their tone was condescending, their demeanor was dismissive, and their overall attitude was simply unacceptable. I've never encountered such a consistently negative and unpleasant experience in any customer service setting. This establishment clearly prioritizes their own convenience over customer satisfaction. They seem to operate under the assumption that they are doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence. The complete disregard for customer well-being is astounding. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, the anger, and the complete waste of your time and money. There are countless other businesses that value their customers and understand the importance of respectful and helpful service. This place is, without a doubt, highly unrecommendable. Denying us access and compelling us to book extra room, so that they could make money

Very good room it's a 14*14 ft room new rooms the management have to maintain like this for long, neat toilets with geaser, laundry available at reasonable price, AC cooling is good. I strongly recommend this property, no in-house kitchen, food supplied from their Central property it takes some time, in 10 minutes walk you will find food court opposite YSR statue.

We stayed in Hotel Platinum Nest on May 2024. The stay was ok however the room was not as per the pictures and expectations. No food options in hhotel.as well as near by you have to go to 2 km madhavpur for quality fooding. Overall its a ok ok stay. Yah you can stay with family also for one two days.

Nice rooms value for money I extended my stay from 2 days to five days, got best rate at Goibibo. 14*14 rooms king size bed, good AC and neat toilets. This has become my home away home.
