The hotel service is good. Staffs are prompt and even the complimentary Breakfast they provided was good. Just that the room I was allotted (510) needed a lot of Maintenance like not all the bulbs were working, the Centre table kept in front of Sofa was broken and the centre glass would have broken had it been not handled carefully, The tube light above the washbasin was not working, taps in the bathroom worked but were broken...

Great Stay ! Very decent, cooperative and courteous staff. Very decent and quality furnishing. Neat and clean linen. Food is simply awesome! Great taste and so economical. Well spacious rooms. Well maintained hygiene factors. Locating the hotel is little cumbersome. Else great value for money. Can't expect anything better at such cost! Overall a great experience !

I faced problem with hot water. a lot of water wasted but no hot water received. they tried to help but inherently something was wrong. staff was good but management need to keep the facility well.maintained. with an allergic sinus I had bath in normal water.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was also very good. Decorum of hotel was well maintained. I recommend others also to choose same hotel.We were guided by hotel staff to our designated location also..

The only problem I faced with the hotel stay was that their was no window in the super deluxe room which is a great problem otherwise the stay was very good and nice the rooms are also very clean.

Once again I want appreciated in particular the service of the Hotel. Now in Dhanbad I cannot think for any other hotel to stay other than Poddar Regency. Please maintain this quality of service.

Don't have any issue regarding the service they provided. Nice location that is comfortable to reach. Good people are working in this hotel. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Not that excited about this stay. Bed linen and towel are with stains and not a great stay to remember. Silver lining is courteous staff and quick room service.

bathing towels provided look dirtier. no ventilation in room(501). single exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. Average hotel to stay in emergency.
