Without a doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Igatpuri! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Luxury Suite. The staff was extremely friendly,and had a very peaceful evening here. It really feels like a 4/5-star, and the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the amazing staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Being a regular traveller to Igatpuri for work. I can now say I have found the best option for stay. Clean, spacious and luxurious room with good connectivity of wifi with a beautiful valley view made my stay a memorable one. Being situated right on the highway and proximity to Igatpuri railway station and easy access to local transport made my travel easier. Looking forward to stay again with my family and friends....

I liked their services and facilities. The room was neat and clean including the washroom. There is food available in the property. But there was little issue with the food. I have ordered vegetarian food but they have served non-vegetarian food. But afterwards they have compensated with order order. Not difficult to locate the location of the property.

The rooms were clean and spacious. There was no wifi available but they do have a dedicated parking. This place is easy accessible. It is just 2 km away from Monastery. The views from the villa were beautiful. There is also a small common pool available but no play area. The staff was really humble. Overall it was a great experience.

Stay was good.Rooms were neat and clean.Spacious rooms.Swimming pool was small also playing music was not allowed at swimming pool which is a drawback.Food is average and costly.Room service is quick.Pool table was in condition so enjoyed playing. outside view is good but not much to see.Overall a good stay.Can recommend.

Amazing will be very small word. Excellent room. It was very neat and tidy. Staff was very good specially the manager he is very helpful. Food was very tasty and yummy. It's Pure Veg. Good - prompt staff, nice big suits, good food Bad - 1st day TV was not working, though they did try their best, but it got resolved only after 24 hrs when we had to go down to manager n argue, approach road and in fact there isn't any approach road to hotel, just stones laid for some 200mtrs otherwise it's good

It was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very luxurious. They even have an in house kitchen available and food there was good too. Camel valley is just 5 mins away from this place. They do have free wifi available. This property is definitely a secure place to stay.

The overall experience was great at the hotel. The location was excellent and the rooms were quite big compared to other hotels. The only downside I found was tere was no Wifi service in the room it was only available in the lobby of the hotel.

Very good rooms with good views. Hot water is present throughout the day and the staff including Mr. Pradip was very helpful. Hospitality was the best thing here and also the food was very tasty! Worth every penny!
