Room is ok bathroom is also ok. We face problem- no.1 point- Tv is including on booking there are smart tv which are working with wifi. I told there staff not working. they cannot solving that problem 2 days gone no any come to solving that problem. There staff continue looking my fiancee she feel very bad. Most important thing there are no any medium price type of restaurants. At last I order food to hotel staff food price is very high. Don't book any hotel varanasi cantonment area. We stay there for 2 days. We found there few staff continue looking my fiancee. She feels very bad. If we are couple, we are mature, we show our identity on that place (where are allowing couples) they are looking & thinking very bad.

The hotel room & bathrooms were very Clean, neat & tidy. People were also good. Lunch foods were also very good. But we cudnot hv our dinner from the hotel as they were not having dinner service support during our stay. B/fast quality was not bad but can further improve. Same day laundry support was also available. But try to avoid ground floor rooms. In totality our 3 night stay was plesant .

Best place to stay and had very calming experience. Staff is very humble and hospital. You do not have to repeat for a single request. Food is awesome and they have quite amazing breakfast options. Loved my stay Hygiene and Hospitality

overall it was a pathetic experience.the room was dirty, they did not have fresh towels, no toiletries. the light in the washroom was not working fine and the flooring of bathroom is extremely slippery. so many options in the breakfast.

overall average hotel, water logging in bathroom also tap is damaged else everything is fine. food is unnecessary expensive 150rs Maggie can't be justified and for other entire menu you can imagine.

no availablity of daily uses amenities like soap, lotions and conditioner. even slippers were not there without asking for it. it was quite friendly. didn't felt any difficulty checking in.
