I have stayed 3 nights here with my wife and teen daughter. This place is in the CBE's prime shopping area (cross cut road). A/C worked well. The room was spacious for 3 members. The staffs are very helpful. Car parking was nice. I have noticed some pests roaming inside room. The hot water was available only one day, other days were told some issues. There is one cardboard door in hallway to service 2 bathrooms in adjacent rooms, these doors are not locked, the ventilators in the service area is at accessible height, mgmt should consider guest privacy. Also some CCTV cameras in hallway are not connected, if they are not used should be removed. We also can get smoking smell from adjacent bathroom, as both are close to each other. The room was not cleaned daily, or was not requested by mgmt. Overall not a family friendly place to stay.

Hotel is very good to stay, rooms were good clean and neat. Very easy to reach from gandhipuram busstand, we reached late but luckily taxis and autorikshaws were available. We booked this hotel thorugh online with the help of PPH Living and found to be a best deal. My partners preference was to stay in a hotel with restauarant and Bar, so this was very very comfortable. I will surely visit again and also will refer to my friends and families. Privacy and cleanliness

Room number 211 AC ajesment roteson not working it's damaged and rest room door not locked properly and rest room pressure stand damege others wise okay please provide gelss Cup and kettle all rooms because Bill amount is higher but feslites is low I think please understand and important improvement thank you

Totally upset with the room they provided first. Then we requested to change the room & we are shifted to another room. Unclean toilet, Unwashed bed spreads & damaged A/c ventilators in the first room. Found loose floor tiles & Unwashed bed sheets in the other room. Noy worth for money.

The room and washroom in particular are very unclean. There are cockroaches in the room. The only plus point is its location, which anyway is not it's USP as there are several accommodations available in it's vicinity.

The room ambience was good, but cockroaches was there, no mosquito net, and the bedsheets are having some dirty stains, room maintenance was not good, bathroom was good and clean, overall not worth for the money given
