pros average budget hotels hospitality. good location. located in main place. neat bathroom. good bed wraps that can withstand cold. good almirah. drinking water. cons only towel given on request. no paste, oil and soap given. be prepared. parking. mud road for 300 metres hot water from 7.30-8.30 good. hot water not available for 24 hours. road not good due to rain.

rooms are good and bathroom is clean and nice.but hot water speciality is not good.hot water is morning one hour only coming and room service also not good..they are not given even towel..we are ask hot water for drinking but they not give..should improve room service..

Location of the hotel was not so convenient to reach. Proper parking facility was not available there. Staff cooperation was ok. Services like room service, housekeeping and all were ok. Overall 3/5 for the stay.

Nice to stay there... You can feel like our home,nice Ooty town view from hotel .... Good maintenance... Staff is very cooperative and friendly.... Good experience... Repetitive hotel to stay for sure....,
