This hotel is good. However, the issue is because of peak season you might not get good services from the staff as they r busy. We want to do temple Darshan at 4AM. Hot water was ready and on request they do help you with special request. I did not check till 3PM,the hotel was kind enough to call and ask where I am.

the very good thing is about hotel is that situated in front of rameshvaram temple and all restaurant, cafe, travel agency and other shops are adjoining to hotel. staff is very decent and non interfering.

Hotel location is good , as we reached late night , there were no water to drink , ac was not working , and no blanket but front office staff is very polite , he hlped us in darshan alot .

Very helping and good hotel staff. They couldn't provide the additional bed **(I think its due to non availability of extra beds becasue of the holiday season)
