This hotel is a decent hotel for short stays. The front office people were very cordial and helpful. The morning breakfast, though it was small spread, was very good. The hotel staff also helped me in getting travel arrangements done. So it was a very decent stay for me. The hotel is also 5min walking distance from the Main Market area where you could do bit of shopping and have some evening snacks. The aspects they could improve are, their preparedness for people who will be staying during winter. I didn't find any room heater or bathroom slipper, so the room was very chill and to some extent unmanageable. Later I was told that I should have asked for them. At least the Hotel should have left an Instruction Slip in the room for Guests to understand what is there and what is not there. Also the bath room water heater was small and so it was running out of hot water very quickly. These are some of the things the Hotel should correct for bettering the guest experience.

I have found the room of Hotel Prateek the best in interior decor with 32' LED TV with Tata sky DTH connection, very good signal wifi internet facility and above all pure vegetarian menu to boot. I think the hotel deserves more than 5 rating, particularly when the dingy hotels listed above are rated with 4 and above points. The quite ambience and appealing decor of the AC room with latest bathroom fittings and facilities like 32' LED TV with Tata sky DTH connection, very good wifi internet signal in the room and above all pure vegetarian menu available, Hotel prateek is the best value for money option to stay in Barbil, Odisha, as on date.

everything is good about this property. the biggest asset they have is their staff, always smiling and ready to serve you. the best vegetarian food in town and the restaurant is packed in the evenings. worth the money paid. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks with a a day or two break in between.

In a place like Barbil, Hotel Prateek is a good choice. They serve hot Breakfast and Foods as per your choice and it can be customized. Staff behavior is really good and very cooperative. Overall I feel this is one of the best places to put up in Barbil.

Hotel Staff is very good & cooperative in nature. Food is homely & tasty as only vegetarian menu available. one can even stay here for month without any concerns, as the environment is friendly.

Hotel is located at the heart of the town. Clean room and Clean Toilets. Veg-Food was good but non-veg is not so good. Parking lot is very small. Staffs behavior and service was great.
