Hotel Premiere Villa

I booked this hotel because I had stayed here in September 2019. But now things have changed completely. I will write both pros and cons.Pros1. Location: Very near to Sankat mochan temple.2. Infrastructure is good. Can be a very good property if managed properly and professionally Cons:Biggest problem is with maintenance and quality of service. 1. We saw some rooms and the truth is that most rooms are currently not in the state and spacious as shown We had booked for Premiere room as shown . However, they offered a room of lower standard. Then they showed the room which we had booked stating it to be of a higher standard and asked for extra charge. But eventually gave us without any extra charge since we were quite sure of what we had booked.2. Lift was not working. So if your room is on second floor then you will have to take many stairs.2. No geyser/heated water supply. Although, you can ask for immersion rod and heat water free of cost. But that you will have to do on your own. Also, water was not clean. You don't get electric kettle. In toiletries you get Rs 5 Life boy soap and 2 sachets of shampoo.3. Forget about sanitation and hygeine stuff. Do not know whether they clean the bathroom or not. The bathroom was dirty. We requested for cleaning but got the reply that "the other room's bathrooms are even dirtier" and they cannot help You can check the photos attached. However, they changed the linen after we requested 1-2 times after our check in.4. Staff is minimal and unprofessional/untrained. No restaurant in the hotel.5. TV is there and TATA sky set top box is also there but only free channels can be watched. The TV was faulty, sound would come and go.Luckily we had a separate booking for the next day in the same hotel. So we cancelled that and and left the hotel after one day stay only.As an advise to the hotel I would say that the property is good. Corona might have resulted in losses. But the hotel will do good if managed properly and professionally as before.

One of the most pleasant stays ever! I have never been to such a hotel where guests are treated so nicely. Reception staff was very courteous provided welcome drink on arrival complimentary water bottle in room, amazing food. They also have 24x7 power backup, centralized heating system for hot water like 5 star hotels. This place is truly a gem in the middle of Varanasi. Peaceful location and close to all ghats and mandirs definitely recommend everyone to stay with them. homely atmosphere

This one was my most unpleasant stay. "Unprofessional staff", they really dont know how to talk to a guest. Doesn't have geaser but they will give induction rod to use and if there is no power supply from borad they will run on inverter with no power supply, no lights to washroom. Excuse for that was this pandemic did it all. Didnt use the restaurent services because the staff already pissed me off while chekin asking to pay for a water bottle which i have asked while entering the room.

Hotel Premiere Villa is the perfect hotel if you are looking to stay in the city, location is perfect close to all mandirs, ghats and important places. Rooms are large and spacious, bed is very comfortable, bathrooms are neat and clean. The best things about them is their staff who’re very polite and courteous. Will definitely recommend:)
