1) Marriage party was arranged in the jitel with approximately guests 800 Nos in this Pandemic, it violates the government guidelines 2) No car parking allowed due to marriage.3) Swimming pool and lawn area was kept untilised for us, since marriage party had arranged. 4) Non cooperative staff5) No sanitization was available, old bedsheets and pillow covers, need to pursue 2 Hrs to get changed it.6) Hot water geaser issue's. 7) Sanitization fog machine was also not working. 8) Highly delayed in eeaponse.9) No staff was wearing face masks, and using sanitizers, 10) Almost 2 Hrs exhausted and argued for getting my car in parking area and faced huge marriage crowd in the pansemic, hotel don't keep drinking water glass and hot kettle in the room and no Iron in hotel.

You will pay and in return you will be getting expiry coffee packets as an amenity You have to call atleast 3 times to get a waterbottle or for any other related services....Swimming pool is under maintainance for last 2 months....Please do not reach out to this hotel if you guys are expecting service, pool and even a good buffet in your breakfast....

Pathetic experience,Avoid at best if you can.The class of room i booked and the one allotted to me was different.The AC was not working, plus there was no provision to lock the room from inside.When i did complain about the same they said its okay and no one would open it from outside, right there the privacy goes for a toss.

If a Hotel cannot manage glass of water / Towles, Repair and maintenance of Washroom Flush / Hand pump / Washer Knob then assume how it the Hotel quality. Arrogant staff with less staff ( i can understand pandemic situation) it is nightmare to stay in this Hotel

hotel room and ambience was very good but lack of professionalism seen... lock was not properly functioning... tv was not working initially... hotel staff said they will change the room...but didnt.. kindly improvise

The location is very good but the hotel seems a little old; the rooms are not painted properly. The staff is very courteous though. Food quality is average but the prices are little high!

Worst ever stay. Poor house keeping. Hot water is not coming and poor response from front desk. Not recommended. Much more hotels to stay in Jalgaon.
