Hotel does not qualify to be called as 3 star hotel. Hotel lacks basic hygiene and standards.. hotel owner told me that they have premium rooms but their deluxe rooms were of sub standard., bed sheets were not clean .. sofa was broken.. totally disappointed..

I stayed there for a day but must say was amazed by the hospitality offered by the hotel. check-in went smooth as receptionist were professional and helpful. room was spacious and clean. I will definately re visit the property when ever I visit Jaisalmer

Had an awesome stay at the hotel, the staff were helpful and polite. Great that they have car parking facilities. Spacious and Clean room, room service was also good. Overall I will definitely recommend the hotel if visiting Jaisalmer.
