Aurika is an amazing property that takes guest experience seriously. As well travelled person, i can definitely talk about hospitality and hence i can testify Aurika's hospitality. There were few minor hiccups on our day 1 for which we gave feedback and we saw the results almost immediately. Their GM Mr Kamal and Manager Mr Piyush did amazing job and took care of us and made our stay amazing. Property is very beautiful and food was delicious. We missed their cultural event but i am sure that must have been great too. Rooms are spacious and views from room were amazing too. One suggestion to further uplevel experience is to include in more group events within premises and also increase discoverability of existing events. Thank you Aurika for being an amazing host.
