EVOLVE BACK, COORG

There are a few things in life that can't be perfected further and one such example to that phrase is EVOLVE BACK!!!One of the finest actually the finest resort in the country, they have literally outdone thier nearest competitors on a very long range.We booked a Heritage Pool Villa for our stay and we were welcomed by Miss Anusha who accompanied us to our villa and briefed us about the various activities around the property, she kept contacting us throughout our stay to make sure we were being taken care off and which she did very well, 5 stars to her professionalism and mannerism, she was a great help throughout our stay, the villa was very well equipped with all the amenities one can think off and most importantly a very clean and big pool with jacuzzi, extremely clean rooms & toilets, no pests inspite of being right in between a huge farm, we opted to have vegetarian food throughout our stay and for the first time in our history of traveling (32 countries & countless resorts) they actually have a proper fantastic pure vegetarian restaurant that serves some amazing food, every dish served there was simply superb and it is at par with some of the finest vegetarian restaurants if not better and the icing on the cake was Mr Veenu who catered to us at the restaurant, what a gentleman I must stay, humble,polite, extremely helpful & courteous who made sure we ate very well, definitely one of the reasons I will go back to this resort, that said overall all the staff we met and talked we very humble, soft spoken, very courteous,helpful and always ready to go out of the way for any of our needs, special mention to extremely helpfull and humble man Mr from house keeping who went out of the way for correcting a minor glitch with one of the lights in the bedroom at night, I am saying this because I have had AC not working & toilets leaking in some very big resorts and they never cared to respond, here they never let anything happen because they don't leave room for complaints, lastly on the day of check out Mr Masum a very soft spoken and helpful gentleman helped us with our luggage and took us around the resort to the souvenir shop where we bought some amazing coffee, this property ticks all the boxes and is worth every rupee charged because they are simply fabulous in everything they do to keep the guests happy, special mention to a wonderful & kind **** Miss Jaseela who made sure our booking procedure was done smoothly inspite of being last minute and made sure all the special requests where taken care off very well, that said I thank each and everyone at the resort for being so wonderful and for making sure we had a great stay, the resort is so good because it has wonderful team running it & that will definitely make me come back and most certainly recommending it to friends and family.

We travelled to their coorg resort from Bengaluru in Apr. Stayed for a night. Beautiful location surrounded by spices plantation. We stayed in their heritage pool villa. Amazing experience. My kids loved the private pool with jacuzzi. They have an infinity pool and common pool as well. Great food. We tried all their restaurants. Food is just awesome. They organised a traditional Coorg dance by beautiful Coorg ladies and it was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

One of the best stays ever. From hospitality to food and facilities, everything was perfect. The property is well maintained, open and calm. The entire Kodagu experience was something I cannot forget. They have successfully portrayed the local culture. The staff are very polite, interactive and helpful. The plantation tour by Mr Gopal was quite informative and interesting.

Orange county is d worst 5star resort I have ever been to.... The manager there has no decency to treat its customers and is extremely rude...Its better to go for some other resorts in same range rather then this exaggerating resort..being in service industry they don't not know how to treat there customers..paying this much price for this kind of service is not accepted!!
