I have booked 4 rooms and stayed for two days. I must say this property is being inside city, it is best choice for family and couples. Service was really good and breakfast was tasty. Although some dinner items were not that tasty, on complaining they changed the food. Overall a thumbs up for location, cleanliness, service and staff behaviour. This property has bar inside, so they don't allow **** and food from outside.

AC was not working properly. It was preset to 29 degrees and resetting it is not working. Staff gives us explanation as if we never operated AC. We requested for room cleaning which never happened during our stay. Staffs at restaurant were responding properly and their service were good.Room is also very spacious.

Stay was ok, not very good but it was good only. The rooms were good but the service was quite slow. Location is good, its located in the heart of the city. The Staff were very friendly and cooperative. Overall it was a mixed experience with this hotel. Good to stay for business and solo stay.

not soo great..room was full of bad odor.ac not workingbeds were bit wetnight 10 pm they were playing loud music in the dining area for a large group who have just arrived. very disturbing.they commit king size bed but in reality they give queen size bed.not work of the money paid per night.

It was a very pleasant stay in hotel crystal court. The rooms are well maintained, the staffs are very helpful...the location of the hotel is very convenient no issues at all.... All the staff are prompt and helpful too... Food was good..overall Nice location and excellent place.

Overall good experience with family trip. good dinner and breakfast. location is also easily accessible. suggestion: please call and ask how many double and single bed will they provide for family room. we felt falling short for one bed and it was chargeable.

The hotel staff was unavailable when it was most needed. We tried calling for milk for the baby in the morning for almost 1 1/2 hours and there was no answer from anybody on the phone when we approached the front desk we were surprised to see nobody there either

The hotel is very near to the town. Regarding food, the hotel only provides Buffet for breakfast and dinner. Staffs were good and provided very good services. If you are looking for a buget hotel you can go ahead with Crystal Court.

Staff was really good. Varity of items for the breakfast need to improve. Reception staff was really helpful. They should specify the rooms with nice view in their site. I definitely love to go back.

Food was bad. Phone was not working so cant give order on phone. Have personally go to the restaurant and place order. It was a three night stay no one bothered to clean the room, change bedsheet etc.

We enjoyed the stay at Crystal Court. Don't see more reviews just trust my review and go to Crystal court :). No complaints. But please don't eat food there eat food in outside hotels.

The stay was good... Very close to the city and its actually walkable to Rajaseat and omkareshwara temple. Clean place to stay.
