Excellent hotel. I give this hotel rateing 5/5. we visited this hotel with family and kids. At reception person, sai and his friends and madam gave us complimenrty special cake arrangement in room on my wife's birthday special. And morning breakfast time also, madam Jessica and Bharat and his restaurant manger, given again birthday cake complimenrty and made us lot of happy. And from restaurant team gave us complimenrty baby meal in room to my kids. I heartly Thanks to all the team like reception team, cake arrangements team, restaurant team. and all staffs and management, made us lot of happiness on that day. Thank u very much. About hotel, excellent swimming pool. then room's r awesome, with well neat and clean. breakfast, lunch and all food excellent, well done by restaurant team. and I got all my kids playing activities also. we enjoyed lot. thanks 😊 overall rateing 5/5. great experience. the staff was very courteous and supportive. when we checked in, the room was stinking because of smoke(maybe because of previous guests), we called the receiptionist and they changed our room instantly without any questions asked. the room is very clean, the amenities such as swimming pool, gym ,changing room are well kempt . we had dinner and breakfast at food exchange (buffet and alacarte) the food is great and hot. the foood exchange restaurant remains open throughout the night(so a great place to hang at late night) we also ate at Le Cafe, the food and coffee were delicious. swimming pool, the hotel complex is huge and good/safe for walking. the hotel has great fragrance across all the floors, giving it a premium experience.

where do I start ???? perfect place for an amazing stay cation. this was our first time at Novotel , Hitech city. We had a luxurious stay. amazing food spread, courteous staff and a beautiful property. Due to some technical issue we couldn't check in on time, and we spoke the same to Ms Priyanka responded immediately and extended our stay for more than 5 hrs the next day. We were supposed to checkout at 2pm but we checked out at 6pm instead. And coming to food, chef Mr Satheesh took an utmost care of us. He was a food enthusiast and an amazing person. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience luxury. Can't wait for another stay cation at Novotel. Thank you team Novotel and and Ms Priyanka.

we stayed in Novotel convention center, Hyderabad for two days on 16th to 18th.It was a dream come true for us. The facilities ,services are top notch. first day myself and wife stayed afterwards my son who is a 11 yr old joined us on the 2nd day seeing and experiencing the 5star luxuries asked us for an extension .which we immediately heeded extended our stay by one more day. the staff are friendly and cater to customers demands .finally it was a great experience .we thought every year we should visit Novotel .

the stay was amazing. food(Buffet) 10/10 Room with Pool View 10/10 Room service 10/10 Everything was Great except one issue. Customer Service - i would give 8/10. The one who Took care of my Booking, promised to give us the room, and give us a call when the room with the view we wanted was ready, we followed up with him couple of times and for two days but he never really made an effort to give his best. That's the only issue I had. I felt he did not value us or our request.

Amazing rooms & food spread, had both breakfast & dinner. The item spread was amazing & truly a foodie's delight, the taste was delicious & so were the options - fine blend of South Indian & pan India. I was also upgraded to a Junior suite, simply loved the overall stay & dining experience. Thanks Novotel team.

Fantastic stay was there and food was delicious with buffet breakfast and dinner. Good staff. Staff were supporting and room was very nice. Only one thing can be improved that the opening of the curtain in the washroom was from room side and not from washroom side.
