* First of all there is no parking for a 4 wheeler and we have to park our car at nearby college compound premises at our own risk. * Secondly I got the room on the ground floor which was the very first room of the floor which is exactly opposite to the reception and next to the lift and stairs due to this the noise was very loud and I couldn't sleep for the entire night. Even requested them for the room on the higher floor when I got to know that i got the ground floor 1st room my request was denied. * There was no fan in the room only AC was there, Somebody like me who is allergic to AC was very difficult to survive in this summer. * There was no bucket and jug in the washroom which were the basic things of the stay. * TV was there but no channels available,only youtube and other OTT platforms like Amazon prime and Netflix were there if we have the subscription then we can watch. * Lastly the room was small and decent which is okay for one night not for the 2 3 nights.

simce the time I checked into the property I didn't get hot water .. evening literally had to move around with the staff to get this checked even the staff were not able to do anything I escalated the same to there manager they were not able to figure out the issue and this problem was not just in my room I went and got it chked in the other vacant rooms aswell same problem ... we were not able to take bath we are not at all happy with this and checked out early around 6 .. I am very much disappointed with this I need refund on this booking...
