Hotel Quality Inn Mint

I stayed in this property with family for 3 nights 1. Location It's in the by-lanes..The reception is definitely not of a star hotel. It's like a lodge. Check in The staff at the reception is not professional specially a Ena who don't know how to talk to a guest. Room : Room was ok but smelly . The bathroom was small . There was no glass partition or division between shower area and toilet. So when you take bath the whole floor will be wet and risk of injuries are multifold. They dont provide hand towels and the quality of toiletories was local. Break fast The only plus point here is Breakfast and the incharge manager of that area.The girl was efficient and always attentive. The spread was ok ad taste was good Lunch Not recommended . The taste was terrible.Outside a lot of options are available. Check out in the description of the hotel they write that late checkout upto 3 hrs was available. Dont go by that. When I asked for one hour , they refused despite the fact that hotel was empty. So be careful. When I asked for the kitchen bills the girl named Ena started talking rubbish. Need to improve here else who will cone pay and get insulted Overall 2 stars Most of the reviews are hyped in my opinion The room was small

Good clean rooms & bathrooms Great ambience with greenary view. Smooth check in & check out Staff are always there for you to sort out the issues. Room service are excellent with out any delay You can come with your loved ones, family & friends to stay . Outdoor sitting area with the greenary view. Food taste were awesome and even the restaurant hygienic was maintained. Thank you for your great hospitality quality inn mint. Services are upto the mark. With great hygiene maintenance. The receptionist was very rude. She usually never picks up the calls and if ever she does, she ends the call abruptly after saying hello We were trying to book the hotel room since 1 month in advance, we tried contacting the hotel through various phone numbers, even whatsapped them, however either our calls went unanswered or we were left on read. Moreover, the food is way too expensive.
