Overall experience is ok. Name of the hotel indicates homestay. But, it lacks of home stay facilities . more like a hotel . Also dont have hotel l kind facilities , like any door bell or phone. But, after your ends you will feel good. Pros: 1. position. -- Its location is the main plus point. Its located just beside the KSRTC busstand. even you can see the homestay from busstand. . To go any sight seen is very easy to get vehicle.and restaurants are near by. 2. calm place . no disturbance . 3. room and toilet is spacious . TV having all channel . Even we got our bengali channels. 4. having CCTV camera on entrance and corridor. 5. wifi facility. have moderate speed. They provided the credential immediately I reached. 6. Behavior and room service. Manager is extremely polite and helpful. when we asked he immediately provided our requirements. Cons : 1. Looks. It does not looks like a hotel or homestay from outside. It ground floor having a shop. and you can hardly found from outside until you call manager. 2. entrance road is very dirty and dark. no street light . 3. Rooms dont have ventilation properly . Windows dont have mosquito net . So, you cant keep windows open. 4. compared to the charge, rooms supposed to be more decorative. 5. dont have AC, though not required in winter season, but not sure about summer season. 6. If you need any help, you have to call manager's mobile number. 7. Except manager other guys dont understand hindi. So, north guys get problem. Though its not an issue as manager always available on mobile.

1. Home stay location is good. But, scenic view is not available. It's exactly in the back side of ksrtc stand. 2. Wifi was provided.no breakfast or lunch or dinner was there. 3. There was no place to hang clothes except a dirty wordrobe.thats the major problem we had. Even in washroom also there was no hanger rod. Charging point was less in no. We had to remove tv cable and then charge our mobiles. 4. Very clean rooms. The behavior of the staffs was also good. 5. Warm water for taking bath was provided. Overall the place was good. Except a few things. Price per room is also bit high as scenic beauty of madikeri is not seen from here.

It is economy and good for middle class. There is sufficient hot water. If we request they supply food. No proper name board to identify this place. It is exactly K.S.R.T.C bus stand backside to reach this place go from adjacent lane of the bus stand right. It is convenient nvenient for the travellers who come by bus. It is convenient and comfortable but not suggested for nature lovers. There are sufficient restaurants and shops are nearby.

This is best hotel on walking distance to bus stop with best facilities and cleaniness,It also best for sight seeing connectivity,city shoping.Hospitality of hotel staff is super they guide for best sightseeing spots and take care about wonderfully.Totally best and beutyfull stay on walking distance of KSRTC bus stop of madikeri(coorg).
