We stayed here for 2 nights and we just loved the place. Clean, cosy and hygienic rooms. Each and every corner of the hotel was unique and worth taking photographs. The view from the room we stayed in was breathtaking. The activity area was also outstanding. The service was flawless and the staff was humble. The cutlery and crockery being used is classy and worth mentioning. I am going to cherish my stay for a very long time. Prefer taking the attic room on the 4th floor. You will just love it. As a family we had a great time playing games and trekking around the hotel.

The hotel is loacted at a nice location overlooking valley view from an open terrace.There is a nice attic floor with books corner, games and a pool table for people to enjoy indoors. Rooms are tastefully done and staff is cordial. It also has a decent restaurant with nice continental food however south indian food needs improvement. The stargazing session in the night is a cool activity scheduled by hotel owners to make sure people dont miss the beautiful night sky in the hills. Overall a lot of personalised touches adding warmth to your stay. Value for money .

Amazing botique hotel with polite and well behaved staff. I liked the gestures of each staff member. Our room got upgraded to premium for free of cost. It had a beautiful valley view. I appreciate their efforts for going green like using no plastic stuff, rain water harvesting etc. Each and everything in the property was unique in itself. Food was also delicious. Quite costly but worth spending for good taste. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thanks Nilaya for your amazing hospitality.

Warm Stay in an offbeat shimla Had booked super deluxe rooms with back view with breakfast for 2 nights. Half hour drive from the main shimla. Property is new and very well furnished and maintained. The staff was courteous. Good food. They have room heaters fitted in the roof ceiling and they provide electric heated blankets to beat low temperature in the night. They organize nature walk in the forest in evening and stargazing in the night for guests. We had ala carte dinner on our Day 1. The food was good.

I will definitely recommend this place for all travellers ( be it solo travellers or couples or friends and families). Hidden in the corner, this hotel comes with awesome views. Has ample activities that can keep you and kids involved throughout. Staff is very nice and polite. Service is top class and food is just yum..!! Will rate it 6 out of 5..!! Yes you read that right..!!😀😀 Enjoy...!!!

Cozy and comfortable stay in outskirts of shimla. The rooms are really cozy ..The place is beautiful starting from the lobby to the names given to each room as various bird names. Not just a couple but a family place lies far from the hustle bustle of the city. Best place to be in mashobra . The chefs make some really good food ...everything on the menu is worth trying

Front desk people were very cooperative and with smiling face. Lots of activities at Attic for kids. New property. Courteous and prompt staff. Lots of fog all around. It appeared we were amidst the clouds. Now coming to kitchen. Food was worth finger licking. There were so many options in breakfast. Food served was home-like. Thank you Neelaya.

Wonderful place to stay . Meets more than your expectations . The food was also very good. The rooms were spacious and never felt claustrophobic. The view from the room is breathtaking. From check in to check out everything was perfect and hassle free. Would definitely recommend this place. Would love to visit again.

The Nilaya is a beautiful place away from the hustle bustle. It has amazing ambiance in the hotel as well as the restaurant and bar. The staff is very well behaved and super helpful. We also did Spa in the hotel and that was also worth the experience
