Their staff is not with good behaviour instead they have rude behaviour.Also they don't have any system that which room is occupied & which one is vacant, they have normal lock & if you are in room & if you locked the door due to privacy or if you are in washroom & locked the main door then their staff use to switch off the main connection of electricity of room from outside. You need to open your door countinously in day time so they can know that room is occupied otherwise they will switch of main connection & switch off the AC from outside.In my 6 days stay not a single day room service like cleaning happened even after reminder. Cleaning happens only if guest is leaving, or guest is coming. Only Food Service is good.

Staff lacks professional attitude and need training. For ordering food, one staff will come to your room to take orders.. you cant order on phone. Even if you dont want any breakfast or lunch, they will come to disturb you for food order in your room. As per the quality of rooms, hotel tariff is on costlier side. There is too much dirt and unwanted materials behind the reception area. I have also seen a big mice wandering around.

Very bad experience with this hotel, service is very poor and we pay for 3 persons with breakfast on the checkout time hotel staff is saying pay for extra bed we told we already pay for 3.Then he says you have to pay for breakfast, we will charge.Very illiterate and rude staff.

Too much pathetic condition. no cross ventilation available at bathroom, waste of money. Location given was wrong. 15th night in heavy rains almost I was in too much trun around the city. Hotel staff unable to guide me. Room was uncleaned.
