They clearly refused any request like room with balcony or upgrade in case of availability or early check-in. I reached at 11:45 approx and had to wait for an hour because they took 1 hour to clean the room. I got room at about 12:45 which is 15 mons before their check-in time after waiting for an hour. Of all the number of times i have been there this was the worst experience. The room they gave this time (#304), its bathroom remained wet throughout. Otherwise overall the property is good, facilities are good, but this experience of mine was bad.

Overall stay was average . Service is good, staff is polite. But Rooms need lot of improvements, Rooms are small in size, TV was not working, lock of bathroom was broken when asked about it, Staff said this is like this only and bathroom can't be locked which is weird. AC is fixed exactly facing bed hence cool air is thrown exactly on the face while sleeping. Door lock key wasn't working, hence every time I had to go to counter for opening the room.Overall I would say very high for such small room and considering above points.

Worst experience, Very arrogant staff , asking exorbitant money for everything, surprisingly they have a check in time of 2 pm and check out time of 10:am , if u make a check out delay for even half an hour they will ask for extra money, no RO drinking water , you have to purchase their own branded water bottle..if u ask them in room they will ask you to come at reception and take it yourself electricity failure at every half an hour , thundering noise of generator will not let you sleep .... Horrible.

I chose RA residence for my guests who had come for my wedding. The hotel is very beautiful and located at a calm and peaceful area. Rooms are very clean and washrooms are very spacious - as good as any five star hotel. Staff is also very good. Each room has a different theme which makes it even more beautiful. The view from balcony is also good. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a pleasant and beautiful stay in Baner, Pune.

Location is good. No food provision from hotel. Stay was comfortable but what puts me off is why compromise on cleanliness given the price that we pay. Head board is dusty, the bedsheets and pillow covers have dirt marks on them. Some rooms are very small . Suite room was spacious. They cleaned my room behind me without me giving them permission . So be clear about it . Staff was polite and cooperative. Overall a comfortable stay.

If you are looking for to just relax in calm peacful hotel room then RA residency is the perfect choice. Every room is designed in unique style and it has a homely touch to it. You can order food and it is delivered to your room , you can heat your meals in the oven and chill your drinks in mini fridge. There is small balcony where in you can enjoy evening breeze. Overall it was soothing stay that one gets to enjoy.

if you have work towards this side of town, hands down the best place to stay in Baner. Spend a bit more and take the room with the balcony, great ventilation (the studio room is way too compact, has but one window) They have a food menu card but there's no in house kitchen, that's a bummer, but you can always order in from some great restaurants nearby or even walk it.

i have stayed there multiple times, and the service and the hygiene of the place is so good, rooms are very clean and every room is made with a theme and i would say i prefer staying rather than staying at a 5star property. location is also prime and the staffs are also very friendly.

Amazing... This is my second visit to RA....never fail to impress... Quite place.... You just need to order your food online they have refreshment though but if you want proper food you can just order online.... Pretty clean washrooms... Overall amazing...

Room are unhygienic. Hotel staff is not at all cooperative for early check in or late check outs. Our room had a lizard, they weren't even ready to give an another room . we were standing out of the room 2hrs. Never visiting again !

I felt it was slightly over priced, the rooms were small and the pictures didn't resonate with the real rooms. Hygiene wise they did a good job. Even the bottle of water felt slightly overpriced to be honest.

Decent hotel in Baner and based on good themes. Parking is available and no disturbance whatsoever. Only issue that they don’t serve variety of food but you can order.
