Radisson Hotel Bareilly Airport

The actual rating as per my experience would be 3.5/5. Located in the outskirts of Bareilly makes it is inconvenient to reach, specifically while getting back to city. Only thing you get are semi-loaded autorickshaws. Roads are under construction.As per the date 28/07/21, it is just 4 months old....so everything is on construction. They had to shift us thrice in 2 days; intention was to not bother us with the noisy repair work. The last one was an upgradation. They have an average reception, a nice clean pool, a small but adequate gym, a spa, a huge conference hall & a dining hall. Perhaps they are planning for in future but presently no pool side service is available, except two washrooms & fresh towels. Food is great, freshly made & well served. Complimentary breakfast was good but options are limited.Front desk replies to all your calls but they need to be more prompt. Room servants & dining staffs are polite & welcoming.Well, not very upto a conventional Radisson.but hopefully soon they ll pick up. Overall it was a pleasant stay.nothing special.

It was a nice stay in Bareilly but not as per the standards of 5 star hotel. But the room cost is also cheap compare to other 5 star hotels in metro cities. Entry guard is not trained enough to handle visitors for parking. He is clueless about anything. I arrived late night and there was no valet parking person available. So I had to park my car myself. That too the guard was saying that there is no parking left in the hotel. That was very frustrating. Buffet spread was average. Dosa was not crispy. No glasses at the shakes counter. But overall its value for money in Bareilly if you don’t compare with other 5 star hotels.

It's my second time stay here at this hotel. Overall it's good however I faced the issues on both occasions. During my first stay I couldn't park my car in the basement due to which I found it too dirty next morning & this time I found that there's no heating facility to warm the room in such a cold weather outside. I also asked for a room heater separately but even that's not sent & we felt shivering for a long time during our stay. Rest everything was good though .

I recently spent a day at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job, keeping everything clean and well-stocked throughout my stay. The overall service was excellent, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience. Looking forward to returning!
