I reached the hotel by traveling almost 8 hours by road. The counter staff was rude, the bell boy was having I don’t care attitude and room was dirty.They gave me room with Indian toilet then changed to another room with a western toilet but AC was not working.Lastly they told to take that room only ;take or leave moreover the staff told also told that they have stopped the booking It was a very bad experience both room and staff and hotel rooms were like just any hotel we find in front of railway stations but the price was higher.Lately the only good thing happened that they allowed to use the western toilet in another room.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, they had put AC on blower mode I believe and ac remote is also not available, I am sweating like anything even after running both ac and fan. More than 5 times power cut happens and no power is available for 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody bothers to ask about my requirements. I am quite sure entire hotel is vacant but still they had provided me last room on extreme top. Food ,TV, Lift not available and AC is almost not working.

The hotel manager has no sense of customer service and hospitality. Pathetic and unhygeinic hotel . It took me to finally 2 hours settle in a room as first allocated has cleanliness issue and later allocated had no water supply and so on. Will never recommend this to any one.

Hotel service is no good. No customer service available.bathroom is not neat and clean. Only bathtub is in bathroom. No space for bath. One has to take bath by standing in bathtub. Not a good hotel for pleasant stay.

Very bad experience. Bathroom was not clean and found foul smell. Bathroom shower was working. Electricity boards for laptop and mobile charging was working. Bathroom window is not covered and visible from outside.

flash and shower of my room was not in working condition, bathroom door was broke up and lift was also not working on morning, wifi also work after midnight.very poor experience
