Hotel Rajasthan palace

Though I got the room booked, I was told to go to another hotel and where I was shown a very worst room without ac and proper ventilation, then on my rejection for that room and spoke with goibibo person Mr. Bhavesh, I had to wait for more than 1 hour to do the check in.for ac also I had requested them.for hot water also I had requested them.for drinking water also I need to request them, and they have provided water in such a bottle which is seal opened, as this is pandemic I did not expect that response from hotel.I was given a blanket which was torn.the bathroom doesn't have any exhaust fan rather it was covered with newspaper, and after my request only they cleaned the bathroom which was not good earlierI have added the photos for reference.it was a very unhappy experience.very important thing is the owner was very rude and told to complaint to anyone if we want.

It's located very near to railway station & there was Gokul Cinema hall near to it as well. Talking about the property then it's great too. The rooms we had here was fab & even all the services that they provided to me was very good too. Their staff were very good as well & even the complementary breakfast they provided & even all the other meals as well were delicious too. I had wonderful stay here.

Not a good hotel as the room was not up to the standard. Also the washroom was not clean. Hotel staffs were very good. Food facility is available in the hotel but didn't opt. Nicely located and very convenient.

I have to recommend this hotel for traveling people who have to enjoy there life to travel on that people's will hundredpercentage satisfaction will be achieved in this hotel
