photos are not taken bcoz stay was no so long. take room at around 00:45 am and left at 10 am. one thing which pinch a lot, taking room as so late, still receptionist call me at 9 am to check out by 11 am or the earliest bcoz today is complete sold out. she should think before it, that already check out time is there and when customer checked in so late, if he/she will take another 30-40 min, then there will be no issue. it shows that money is more valuable than the customer service. overall rating will give 2 to this hotel.

I went there with my own vehicle and with my driver I asked on the reception if they have some arrangement for driver to sleep in night they said yes they have a hall without any fan or cooler but we will provide a fan in night but my driver asked for fan again and again but in night around 1 am they refused to give any fan and the driver spent whole night without fan I don't know first why they promise and then refused if firstly they refuse I will arrange any thing else for driver very bad and liar staff

we booked super delux room. Rooms without Fridge...Front desk girl was quite rude...we simply asked for seperate beds then she first told us that it is not possible..then she told me to wait...then again we asked she told me that its not possible.washrpom was alsp not cleaned properly..

it's a very nice hotel, with good complimentary breakfast. the location is near to civil line. rooms are big and spacious. parking is available. only draw back, is hot water is available only after 6am. overall, nice stay and experience.
