As toilet paper roll was not in place, we requested for the same with the room attendant. He said that he will check with the manager! After some time, when we called the reception for the same, we were told that the person has gone to the shop to buy the same! The attendant came and handed over a roll later. We stayed in a deluxe room in 1st floor. There were mosquitoes and we had to ask for and use repellents. Though we visited as 2 adults and 2 kids, only one towel was provided and we had to ask for one more. As vegetarians, we found the atmosphere not pleasant as there was a nonveg smell from a nearby restaurant. We felt that the manager or who ever was at the reception to be not friendly.

AC not cooling. parking is almost nil, we have to give our car keys to hotel staff, which I'm not comfortable giving my car keys. car parked almost on road. if you love your car and your time for your trip, don't ever come to this hotel. pathetic hospitality, no tea bags, nothing like other hotels. Room is like many ch box size. In fact, room main entrance door is so small in height that we have to bend and then enter into the room. I'll never come again in this pathetic hotel., can't cancel also now.

average room..those who are looking for a good compact ac room don't go for it..!as we are two travellers we feel the door and lock system is not safe..first they have given dirty bedsheets we complained and then changed! ac was also complaint on the second day..if u are looking for a neat and good looking ac compact room don't go for it

The rooms were cleaned. They do not have own restaurant so sometimes they need a longer time to serve food just as it took 1 hour 10 minutes to serve us the dinner. However the location is very nice and staffs are well behaved. Staff behaviour was nice. Food quality and quantity was good as well.

it's common areas is cleaned but the room is not good. It has old mattress, smelled quilts and old pillows. No thin cotton blanket provided. Room service is poor. Some switches, fan regulater are not working properly. With these amenties, the Rent is higher as compare to it's adjasents hotels.

Hotel is bad. Bed spread was dirty. Blanket or bed sheet was not provided. One bath towel was provided. Soap provided was bad. No toilet rolls or tissue paper and no shampoo or body wash was provided. No cleanliness. Room was dirty. This applies for both the rooms I booked.

This hotel has very nice ambience. The reception area is nicely decked up and common areas are spacious. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. I recommend one considers this hotel for their stay in Mahabalipuram (Mammalapuram)
